About Us

Professional Certified Dog Walker

Dog walking is at the moment an unregulated industry, so you need to make sure your dog walker has the right experience and credentials so you can put your full trust in them.

K9 DayCare is a professional dog walking and pet sitting company based in Bournemouth offering pet parents like you a safe, trustworthy, and reliable pet care solution for the times when looking after your pet may be difficult, because of inconvenient working hours, illness, a sudden emergency, or when you are just time poor.

We have set up K9 DayCare the right way from day one, with the correct processes and procedures in place to provide the best level of care at all times for your pets. We are members of the Professional Dog Walkers Association (PDWA). The PDWA are setting the dog walking industry standards and best practice guidance for businesses like ours and we follow their guidance to the letter.

I have passed a Professional Dog Walkers (IMDT) certification program with the Institute of Modern Dog Trainers

The IMDT certification covers knowledge of the law, risk assessment, canine welfare, canine behaviour and behaviour change, introducing dogs to each other, dog body language and dog handling.

The health and safety of your pet is of upmost importance, we are fully insured and canine first aid certified. Our ethos is to provide a personalized approach to each and every client, giving you a unique tailor made service that suits the demands of both you and your furry pal, so you can be guilt free knowing that your dog is kept happy and healthy.
