About Me
Leader of the pack!
After a successful career in the Royal Marines, followed by 15 years in Enterprise technology sales leaving as a Sales Director, I have made a lifestyle career change to combine my love of dogs with a desire to work outside by becoming a professional certified dog walker via the Institute of Modern Dog trainers and most recently a home dog boarder with BCP Council looking after dogs whilst there owners are away & I love it!
I’ve always had dogs around me and owned my own dogs for many years, I currently have a 3 year old Labradoodle called Buddy, and a 14 year old Border Terrier called Maddie, so I understand how much happiness and love they bring to our lives while asking for so little in return.
I’m so lucky and privileged to be able to look after my client’s dogs. I pride myself on caring for their dogs as if they were my own to make sure they are safe, comfortable, well exercised and relaxed while they’re with me.

Our pack leader, Andy Walton has attended and passed the professional dog walking certification course run by the Institute of Modern Dog Trainers. The certification course covers knowledge of the law, risk assessment, canine welfare, canine behaviour and behaviour change, introducing dogs to each other, dog body language and dog handling.
As a member of the Professional Dog Walkers Association (PDWA) you can be assured that I take my work seriously to give you reassurance your dog will be kept safe and well. The PDWA are setting the dog walking industry standards and providing best practice guidance for businesses like ours and we follow their guidance to the letter.
Dog boarding is highly regulated in the UK, requiring businesses to obtain an animal activity license from their local authority if they are operating commercially. It is a lengthy process to produce the required paperwork and have the processes and procedures in place as set out in the DEFRA guidelines. After a rigorous inspection we were extremely pleased to have received the higher standards 4 star Animal Activity License for Day Care and Home Boarding.
